Shredder shredders perform shredding with the movement of the blades arranged on the shaft. There are over 100 different blade structures for Shredders. Blade arrangement, blade material, blade size and design may differ depending on the material to be shredded. The material to be shredded as an İZA Machine is selected specifically for our customers, taking into account the desired capacity criteria.

REPLACEABLE BLADE LONG LIFE…
Shredder machine elements of Iza machine, which are processed on cnc benches with a precision of 0.005 mm, are aimed to work for a long time without disassembly (without disassembly) with their compact design. While the cutting blades that are exposed to wear are replaced on the rotor, providing our customers with the opportunity to work without any problems for many years, it is aimed to show the same performance as the first day thanks to the replaceable blades.
The blades, which are replaceable and suitable for versatile use, are manufactured from imported steel with a hardness of 58 HRC and which can provide maximum flexing against impact resistance.
Despite the fact that the screw channel is grabbing and deforming in long term, İZA MAKİNA has also offered the replaceable thread slot together with its R&D.
